Hey, I'm Elle

And I’ve always been intrigued by how things work.

As a kid, I was constantly asking “why?”—a curiosity that later helped me navigate complex health conditions like scoliosis and chronic fatigue.

But even after figuring out the big things, everyday life still felt overwhelming—like I had missed the class on how to ‘adult’.

Eventually, I realised life was harder than it should be—not because I wasn’t capable, but because I didn’t have a solid system to keep up.

For the next two years, I obsessively streamlined, organised, and took control of my life.

Then, I turned everything I learned into Get Organised—a system for anyone who also feels like they are constantly chasing life instead of living it.

✋ "Wait, these struggles are Inattentive ADHD?" 🧠

A couple of years after releasing Get Organised, I was diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD.

It turns out, the very things that made life feel so hard weren’t just random struggles—they were actually signs of Inattentive ADHD. Without realising it, I had unknowingly built the exact system I needed to function—Get Organised.

Whether you have inattentive ADHD or just feel like life is harder than it should be, Get Organised can help you build a system that works.

🤓 I encourage you to Google this yourself. In case you can't be bothered, here's a summary (not my words).

Inattentive ADHD is one of the three main types of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Unlike the hyperactive-impulsive type, which is more widely recognised, inattentive ADHD often goes unnoticed—especially in girls and women—because it doesn’t always look like the stereotypical “hyperactive” ADHD.

Common struggles include:

🔹 Chronic forgetfulness – Always losing track of things, dates, and conversations.
🔹 Time blindness – Underestimating how long things take, getting lost in tasks, running late.
🔹 Mental fog – Too many thoughts at once, struggling to prioritise or take action.
🔹 Task paralysis – Making plans but struggling to follow through.
🔹 Messy spaces, messy mind – Clutter builds up because "out of sight, out of mind."
🔹 Multi-step tasks feel impossible – Breaking things down is hard, so big projects stay undone.
🔹 Organisation struggles – Not for lack of effort, but because typical methods don’t work.

Inattentive ADHD isn’t about laziness or lack of effort—it’s about having a brain that’s wired differently.

🤓 Not my words—just a quick summary. If this resonates, I highly recommend looking into it more!

🧠 Dopamine Deficiency – The ADHD brain has lower levels of dopamine, the neurotransmitter responsible for motivation, focus, and reward. This makes it harder to stay engaged in tasks that aren’t immediately interesting or rewarding.

🔄 Interest-Based Nervous System – Unlike neurotypical brains, which regulate attention based on importance, ADHD brains work on an interest-based system. This is why boring but necessary tasks feel impossible, while hyperfocus kicks in for things you actually enjoy.

🌊 Executive Dysfunction – The prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain responsible for planning, organising, and prioritising) doesn’t work as efficiently in people with ADHD. This can cause:

  • Difficulty starting or finishing tasks
  • Forgetting steps in a sequence
  • Struggling with time management

🌪 Working Memory Struggles – Working memory is what helps you hold and use information in the moment. In ADHD, it’s weaker, making it harder to remember what you were just thinking, follow multi-step tasks, or keep track of details without external reminders. This can lead to forgetting instructions, losing focus mid-task, or constantly feeling like something is slipping through the cracks.

Hyperactivity in the Brain (Even if You’re Not Physically Hyperactive) – Inattentive ADHD doesn’t always show up as external hyperactivity, but the brain itself is constantly jumping between thoughts.

🕰 Time Blindness – The ADHD brain struggles with internal time awareness, which can make deadlines feel far away until they’re not. This often results in last-minute scrambling or procrastination.

💡 Task Paralysis & Decision Fatigue – Because the brain has a harder time prioritising, small decisions (like choosing where to start) can feel overwhelming—leading to nothing getting done at all.

If life feels overwhelming, it’s not because you’re lazy or incapable—you just need a system that works for you. Get Organised helps you break free from the cycle of overthinking, procrastination, and burnout by giving you practical tools to create structure, reduce mental load, and finally feel on top of things.

What is Get Organised?

Are you feeling like maybe you missed the class on 'How to Function as an Adult' too?

Many of us enter adulthood without a clue of what to do. In other words, we’re winging it. Soon enough, life moves faster and everything becomes harder. Our minds begin to race, our weekends fill with life admin and our jaws become permanently clenched.

So what’s the antidote to this modern life? It’s simple: we need to focus on what we can control, so we have more space to deal with the things we can’t control.

When we learn to do this, we have time to take a breath, we feel more in control and we experience less stress. We can finally become the best version of ourselves.

Get Organised is designed to take you there. It’s the complete framework that untangled each area of my life, so I could think, work and feel better — now I’m sharing it with you in this highly practical and actionable self-paced program.

From freeing up space in your brain, to breaking bad habits & building new ones, to tidying your environment, to becoming that productive person who can avoid distractions and seems to have more hours in the day than everyone else. We cover (and achieve) it all.

Who is it for?

Life stops for nothing. Not even a quick Instagram scroll. Every day, we have one million (and one) things to do, feel and think. It’s no wonder that we feel rushed, anxious, frazzled, behind, unbalanced and overwhelmed.

I often get asked “can this program help someone like me?”. If you’re nodding your head to the below, it’s a big YES.

• You need an extra 8 hours a day
• You lose sleep thanks to your racing mind
• You wish you could hit pause to get your life on track
• You’re always chasing your tail at work and home
• Your to-do list doesn't appear to be getting smaller
• You’re forever in need of a holiday to *magically* solve your problems

How would it feel to...

• Free up so much space in your mind that you no longer feel overwhelmed, indecisive or forgetful

• Be your most productive self and create more FREE time

• Have habits finally stick - not just for a few months, but life-long habits that allow you to be the person you would love to be

• Streamline every task that doesn't require your manual input

• Automate your finances so you no longer have stressful surprises

• Learn how to make your environment work for you

• Create effortless routines that allow you to rely less on willpower

I can tell you now, it feels incredible and Get Organised will help you with all of it.

"I revisit this book every week, I devoured it instantly and now I go back weekly and implement something new." - Cara

"I have LOVED the book so far. I’m taking it slow and only reading a few pages at a time so that I really get the most out of it and implement the practical tips as I go." - Sigourney

"I’m choosing to read through it first and then go back and execute. I can already imagine what a lighter and more intention-filled life is going to be like for me." - Donna

Absolutely. Get Organised is for everyone AND I specifically kept you in mind whilst putting the program together.

A common concern for shift workers is the topic of routines. We cover this in 07. Get Yourself Sorted. Before we tackle routines I help you find your own foolproof 24hr formula. As a shift worker your 'timing' of mornings and evenings might be different but the actions will be the same.

Eg. If you work 7pm-7am, your 'morning routine' may start in the afternoon and your 'night time / before bed routine' may start when you get home from work.
